Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Superfolio.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property.
• Post malware, spam, or deceptive, fraudulent or misleading content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or publish hateful or explicit content prohibited by our policies.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

You own the content you publish on Superfolio. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

Payments you collect from your visitors are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. You are responsible for the products and services you sell, for fulfilling orders, and for any applicable taxes. Where a platform fee applies to your plan, it is disclosed before you transact and deducted automatically.

Superfolio offers a free plan and may offer paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Superfolio, including its software, design, templates and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the service.

You may stop using Superfolio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service or other users. On termination, your public page and content may be removed.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superfolio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
